About Me

In a world with endless resources on how to live well, there is a profound silence around how to face death. Yet, from the moment we are born, death is the one truth we all share. This realisation is what motivated me to create Leaving in Light.

As AI becomes more rampant genuine human connection can feel increasingly elusive. This is why I offer support that is deeply human: a comforting ear and the space for honest, heart-to-heart conversation.

Whether you are navigating a terminal diagnosis, supporting a loved one, mourning a loss, or simply wanting to understand death more deeply, this is a space for you. My hope is to walk alongside you, offering spiritual and emotional companionship as you move through this sacred part of life's journey.

What happens after I book a session?

After booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you select the manual payment option, I will follow up with detailed instructions shortly.

To ensure we make the most of our session, please email any specific questions or topics you'd like to explore (if you've not already done so) at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to tailor our time together to your unique needs.

What can we talk about during the session?

I don't claim to have all the answers, but I will draw from my experiences and knowledge to support you. If you have specific topics in mind, it is helpful if you share your questions in advance. Some examples of topic you might want to explore could be:

  • How do I overcome the fear of death?

  • What happens after death according to different cultures and philosophies?

  • How can I talk to my family about my wishes?

  • How do I find meaning in this experience?

Is this therapy?

No. I am not a clinician or medical professional. I do not diagnose or treat conditions. I speak from lived experience, having spent time in the ghats (crematorium) of Varanasi, India, witnessing death objectively. I aim to offer spiritual and emotional support, insight, and compassionate companionship on this journey.
